1. Remove the stopper and pump several times before first use.
2. Lightly wet your skin and take 1-2 pumps of foam each time into your hand.
3. Gently spread the foam over your skin and use your palms to wash gently, then rinse throughly.
   
   *Suggested amount: For an adult's body, use approx. 6-10 pumps of foam in total.
   *Do not press the pump under running water.
   *Do not shake or tilt the bottle, as this may prevent proper foam dispensing or cause the pump to stop working properly.

• Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or any other abnormalities.
