The newly developed “Steady-line Guides” feature helps you draw smooth, straight lines while reducing ink smudging over the writing underneath.

The specially developed quick-drying pigment ink for KIRE-NA dries in just 1 second on copy paper, helping prevent smudges on the page and your hands.

• • Use the fine or broad tip depending on your needs.
  • The broad tip features the Steady-line Guides and a flexible pen tip.
  • The Steady-line Guides rest against the paper to help stabilise the writing width and make it easier to draw straight, even lines.
  • The specially designed flexible nylon tip bends naturally, allowing the entire tip to maintain contact with the page. This makes it easier to draw clean lines even on the curved inner edges of open textbooks and notebooks.
  • The Steady-line Guides help reduce excessive pressure from the pen tip, minimising smudging of pencil and ballpoint writing underneath and helping keep the tip cleaner.
  • When using a ruler, the Steady-line Guides contact the ruler instead of the ink tip, helping prevent ink from getting onto the ruler.
  • The nylon tip absorbs excess ink at the end of each stroke like a sponge, helping prevent darker ink build-up at the end of the lines and reducing show-through.
  • A flat thumb-rest plate helps stabilise the angle of the pen tip for more comfortable writing.
