How to Use
- For the best performance, preheat or pre-chill the jar by filling it with hot or cold water for 1 minute, then empty.
- Fill with your hot or cold food (leave at least 1cm below the narrowest part of the opening to prevent overflow).
- Secure the lid tightly.

To remove the inner lid:
If the inner lid is locked and doesn't come off easily, turn it anti-clockwise to release the lock, then pull it out.
To remove the sealing ring (gasket):
Pinch and lift it off.
To reattach the large sealing ring, place it into the groove of the inner lid with the flat side facing up, and press firmly into place.
To reattach the inner lid:
Align the arrow marks on the outer and inner lids, press the inner lid into place, then turn it clockwise to lock.
