Key Features
A hugely popular mechanical pencil among students, known for its unique mechanism that rotates the lead as you write, keeping it consistently sharp. It allows you to write fine, clear lines for long periods with less stress and fatigue.
A must-have stationery for school or work.
Kuru Toga KS Model – Equipped with the Kuru Toga Engine
-
- The lead rotates automatically with each lift of the pencil, ensuring even wear and a continuously sharp point.
- Maintains neat, fine writing and keeps your notes looking clean and tidy.
Reduced Wobble with the New Engine
-
- The improved engine design significantly limits tip movement during writing.
- Because movement is less noticeable, the pencil feels more stable in hand and supports better concentration.
- Minimises lead dust
“Easier to Hold” - Elastomer Grip
-
- Designed for people who study for long hours, the grip uses an elastomer material with rubber-like elasticity for comfort.
- The subtle flared shape towards the tip helps prevent fingers from slipping and provides a secure, comfortable hold.
- Optimised to reduce finger strain, even during extended use.
- Lightweight, simple and stylish design that suits everyday usage at school or work.
-
- Comes with a Uni Smudge Proof Lead 0.5, which write smoothly, resist smudging and produce clear, dark lines.
- Leads refill is available here: Uni Smudge Proof Leads - 0.5 HB 40pcs
- Awards: Good Design Award 2023
How To Use
-
-
Press the button once to extend the lead.
*Pressing more than once will extend the lead too far, which may prevent the Kuru Toga mechanism from functioning correctly and increase the risk of lead breakage.

Precautions
-
- To prevent lead jams, load no more than three leads at a time, and always refill from the knock button end (rear of the pencil).
- The Kuru Toga mechanism rotates the lead when the tip lifts off the paper. It is therefore not suitable for continuous shading, colouring in, or technical drawing where the tip does not leave the paper frequently.
- To prevent lead jams, load no more than three leads at a time, and always refill from the knock button end (rear of the pencil).
-
- Do not drop the pen or subject it to strong impact, as this may damage the tip or affect performance.
- The tip is sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury or damage to property.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
