 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays will begin processing the same day. Orders after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
• Standard Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding New Zealand school holidays.
• School Holiday Delays: Please note that dispatch may be delayed during school holiday periods. We recommend checking our website notifications for the most up-to-date information during these times.
  
• Rural Deliveries: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond standard delivery timeframes.
  
• Sales Periods: Processing may take longer during promotional or high-volume periods.
  
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. While we aim to provide reliable estimates, delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors are possible.

 DELIVERY ADDRESS & SIGNATURE 

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, phone number, and any relevant business name if shipping to a work address. Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to change the delivery information, and we cannot be held responsible for any orders that go missing or delay due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. 

By default, all deliveries in Auckland will not require a signature unless you request a signature-on-delivery. If you select signature-on-delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery location. The cost for signature-on-delivery or photo proof of delivery in Auckland is $1.50 NZD. 

 SHIPPING METHODS

We use NZ Post and Post Haste Courier, which is a more reliable courier service. Depending on your location and order size, we may adjust delivery methods to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective option. All orders are tracked, and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

 DELIVERY FEES

Delivery charges will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Additional charges may apply for shipping to rural areas or for particularly bulky products, We reserve the right to contact you and request the necessary adjustments if such circumstances occurred.

⚠ Cancellation Policy: A 5% fee of the order amount applies to all cancellations.

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order or have not received an item within 7 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us as soon as possible. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer international shipping.
