 ORDER CANCELLATION

    • If you wish to cancel an order placed on SAKURA website, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note a service fee of 5 NZD will apply to cover bank charge, administrative and processing costs. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order.
