- Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping within Auckland on orders over $88 NZD.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $88, a $5.50 NZD shipping fee applies within Auckland.
- Rural area: An additional $5.50 NZD will be charged for each parcel after check out. If you already know that your address requires NZ Post rural delivery fee, you may add it before check out.
- Please note: Our free shipping offer only applies to standard shipping and excludes rural, express, overnight, or signature / photo proof required shipping options. Additionally, the offer does not apply to products that are combined over 25KG, oversize, or bulk items, which are explicitly stated on the relevant product web page.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders Monday to Friday mornings (excluding public holidays and store holidays). During school holidays, we will dispatch orders 2 to 3 days each week. It might take a few extra days to dispatch orders during Sales periods and School Holidays.
In case a product is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly inform you and send your order as soon as the item becomes available.
The delivery time frame varies depending on the courier company and the destination address, however, it typically takes 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
It might take another business day or two for the South Island and rural area.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver to addresses in New Zealand.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
