 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

    We aim to dispatch all orders Monday to Friday mornings (excluding public holidays and store holidays). During school holidays, we will dispatch orders three days each week. In case a product is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly inform you and send your order as soon as the item becomes available. It might take a few extra days to dispatch orders during Sales periods.

    Please note that delivery timeframe may vary due to factors such as shipping location, courier service, peak periods, or unexpected events such as extreme weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations. 

     DELIVERY ADDRESS & SIGNATURE 

      Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, phone number, and any relevant business name if shipping to a work address. Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to change the delivery information, and we cannot be held responsible for any orders that go missing or delay due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. 

      By default, all deliveries will not require a signature unless you request a signature-on-delivery. If you select signature-on-delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery location. The cost for signature-on-delivery or photo proof of delivery is $1.50 NZD.

       SHIPPING METHODS

        We use NZ Post, which is a more reliable courier service. Depending on your location and order size, we may adjust delivery methods to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective option. All orders are tracked, and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

         DELIVERY FEES

          Delivery charges will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Additional charges may apply for shipping to rural areas or for particularly bulky products, We reserve the right to contact you and request the necessary adjustments if such circumstances occurred.

          Within Auckland

            • Free shipping for orders over $88 NZD
            • Orders under $88 NZD: $5.50 NZD shipping fee
            • Rural areas: Additional $5.50 NZD per parcel
            • Please note: Our free shipping offer only applies to standard shipping and excludes rural, express, or overnight shipping options. Additionally, the offer does not apply to products that are combined over 25KG, oversize, or bulk items, which are explicitly stated on the relevant product web page.

          For Waikato in New Zealand (Exclude Taupo)

            • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $160 NZD with a weight or volumetric weight under 15kg within Waikato.
            • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $160 NZD, a $10 NZD shipping fee applies within Waikato.
            • Oversize and Bulk Parcels: An additional $5 NZD will be charged for every 5kg for orders that are combined oversize or include bulk items.
            • Rural area: An additional $5.5 NZD will be charged for each parcel.
            • Maximum Parcel Weight: Individual parcels cannot exceed a weight or volumetric weight of 25kg.
            • Please note: Our free shipping offer only applies to standard shipping and excludes rural, express, or overnight shipping options. 

          For South Island and North Island (excluding Auckland&Waikato) in New Zealand

            • Please submit your order and choose BANK TRANSFER at checkout.
            • We will calculate the shipping cost based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater) and update your order with the final amount via email.

           DELIVERY ISSUES

            If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order or have not received an item within 7 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us as soon as possible. 

             INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

              At this time, we only deliver within New Zealand. We are unable to deliver to international locations.
